Dear Music Lover,
Here is some important information to go over so that you are prepared for the weekend festivities. Please note that our music schedule, map of stages, and parking map are all located on our website at reddingrootsrevival.org
FESTIVAL SCHEDULE:
Familiarize yourself with the festival schedule, including the lineup, performance times, and stages. You can find this information on our official website at reddingrootsrevival.org. Plan your day accordingly to catch your favorite artists and discover new ones!
CHECK-IN:

WHAT TIME?
Friday, September 11: Gates open at 4:00 PM.
Saturday September 12: Check-in starts at 1:00PM
Gates open at 1:00 PM.
*You will receive your program and wristband at check-in.*
WRISTBANDS:
Redding Roots Revival Official 2026 Festival Wristband is required for entry and re-entry to festival venues. Keep that wristband on for entry for the entire festival. There is a $10 replacement cost.
WHAT TO BRING:
Your ID: for entry and for alcohol purchasing. Essential items, including your festival ticket, cash/ cards, and a good attitude!
BAG POLICY:
Keep bags smaller than a backpack. All bags are subject to search. Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid.
SECURITY & ENTRY
All bags will be searched before entry.
Leave your bag at home for the quickest entry.
We cannot advise on specific bags, but recommend you follow the policy above to avoid delays.
Guests with prohibited items will be asked to leave them or return them to their vehicle, and will not be allowed entry if they refuse to be searched.
ALCOHOL:
ID OR DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL
All outside alcohol is prohibited.
HYDRATION AND FOOD:
All outside beverages are prohibited. Water dispensers are available across the festival grounds. Emptied reusable bottles are permitted. $5 stainless steel cups are available at the merch and alcohol token sales booth.
We encourage guests to visit local restaurants and eateries. Outside food is permitted.
SAFETY AND SECURITY:
Your safety is our top priority. Be aware of your surroundings, stay hydrated, and look out for fellow festivalgoers. Follow the instructions of security personnel and report any suspicious activities immediately.
Weapons including guns, cutters, pocket knives, mace, pepper spray, or any other would-be weapons. All weapons are subject to confiscation.

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING:
We encourage patrons to use Redding Bike Share Bikes and Zyp E-Scooters! Bikes are permitted at the festival, no riding inside festival grounds. Bike racks available at festival entrances.
CHAIRS:
The venue is festival-style with a wide open setting. Patrons are permitted to bring their own chairs or small blankets. You cannot bring chairs inside the Cascade Theatre, and please note that we will not be able to store your chair for you while at the Cascade venue. The Cascade will have plenty of seating for the headliner.
DOWNTOWN PARKING/MAP:
City on-street metered parking and city-managed lots are $1.00 per hour Monday through Friday, 8 AM through 6 PM. Free on nights, weekends, and holidays with no time limits after 6 PM. Private garages require payment 24 hours, 7 days a week, up to $8.00 daily. Free parking is available without time limits just outside the paid parking zones, a few blocks away.
DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED:
Properly trained service animals under the care and supervision of their owners are permitted in the outdoor venue, not the Cascade Theatre, but this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, or pets. Owners should be able to describe the service that the animal performs and the training it has received; no one will inquire about the nature of an owner’s disability or medical condition. The animal must remain by the handler’s side at all times, harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the animal’s work or the individual’s disability, in which case the animal should be controlled through voice, signal, or other effective methods. Anyone bringing an animal is responsible and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal, and the owner or someone accompanying the service animal is responsible for bagging and disposing of solid waste.
GREEN TEAM:
Keep an eye out for our Green Team at the festival. They love to talk trash and keep things clean with recycling! Join their mission for a cleaner, greener event by connecting with a festival staff member!
